Leave is granted to all employees of the enterprise, without exception, if an employment contract is concluded with them. A citizen has the right to take his first leave at the workplace after 6 months from the conclusion of the contract. This also applies to employees who have entered into a fixed-term employment contract (if its term is more than 6 months). According to article 136 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, vacation pay is made no later than three days before its start.

Step 2

Vacation pay must be accrued along with the last salary before the start of the vacation. And they are obliged to give them to you no later than three days before your departure according to the schedule. So you can not worry that you will leave with nothing to rest. You will already be working on the last days before the due days of idleness with a vacation in your hands. If this, for some reason, did not happen, all the fault lies with the employer. He will still be obliged to pay you the due amount, but in a larger amount - including monetary compensation. Its size depends on the current refinancing rate of the Central Bank, as well as on the number of days overdue by the employer.

Step 3

What if you went to rest ahead of schedule and did not have time to get your vacation pay? For example, we agreed with the employer and took three days at our own expense (if the charter and collective agreement of the enterprise allow it). Or do you expect to spend your vacation pay on a voucher, but you need to redeem it in advance? Alas, the law is not on your side in this case. Before you get your last salary, you won't be able to take your vacation pay. Of course, you can try to negotiate with the employer to circumvent these formalities, but remember that for violation of the law, you and your superiors can be held accountable.
