Personification is the annual submission of reports (to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation), which provides information on insurance premiums and the length of service of all insured employees of the enterprise. Before filling out a personalized account, it is necessary to carry out painstaking work. Information can be entered into the reporting forms either manually or using the software recommended by the FIU. The second option is the most acceptable, since it is easier to use and helps to avoid filling errors.

Instructions

Step 1

Contact the FIU and the tax office to reconcile the data on the received payments of insurance premiums. These indicators must be identical with those entered in the personification. Correct any mistakes, if any, to avoid complications during the receipt of statements.

Step 2

Check if the place of residence of employees and their personal data has changed. Personification must be submitted on time and with reliable information. Otherwise, in accordance with Article 17 of Federal Law No. 27-FZ of 1996-01-05, penalties may be imposed on the enterprise.

Step 3

Use the CheckXML + 2NDFL program to fill in the personification program, which can be downloaded on the official website of the Pension Fund or obtained from the PFR branch. Start the program and go to "Personalized accounting", which consists of two sections "Individual information" and "Totals for the enterprise".

Step 4

Go to the section "Individual information". In the "Profile" tab, it is necessary to enter the personal data of the insured employees of the enterprise. If you have previously used this program, then the information can be downloaded from the previously completed "Personnel data" form. Next, indicate information about the insurance premiums that were accrued from the employee's income, insurance seniority, periods of work, conditions for early retirement.

Step 5

Go to the "Replacement" tab if the employee's personal data has changed during the reporting period. As a result, an application will be generated for the exchange of an insurance certificate in the form of ADV-2, which must be submitted not only in electronic form, but also on paper. Form ADV-3 in the "Duplicate" tab is filled out if the insured person has lost the insurance certificate. Form the data in the section "Totals for the company", which indicates the total amount of the accrued insurance premiums for the company.

Step 6

Press the "Report" button in order to generate a report file and printable forms. As a result, all the necessary reports will be created for the delivery of the personification. The main ones are the questionnaire according to the ADV-1 form, individual information according to the SZV 4-1 and SZV 4-2 forms, as well as an inventory according to the ADV 6-1 form.
