Step 1

Enterprises, the average number of which has exceeded one hundred people, are required to submit declarations only in electronic form. To transfer tax reports via telecommunications, that is, via the Internet, organizations need to conclude an agreement with the tax inspectorate at their location on the recognition of electronic documents.

Step 2

Companies that switch to electronic tax reporting register with a special telecommunications operator and buy a private and public key. They are issued a certificate for the right to transmit electronic reporting.

Step 3

After the conclusion of the contract, the company sends the public key to the tax service, which the tax authorities will register within a month.

Step 4

The accountant creates a new email for tax reporting purposes only. The programmer, in turn, installs software for filling out declarations, enters personal and public key data, which will serve as access to the program for tax reports. The company should not transfer the private key to anyone, since it is protection against unauthorized actions of ill-wishers.

Step 5

The company's accountant enters all the necessary information into the declaration, calculates accounting data, saves the declaration. A completed declaration will be sent to the email address of the tax office. A file with the necessary documents is attached along with the declaration.

Step 6

The tax office checks electronic reports during working hours, the answer comes to the taxpayer's mail in the form of two receipts. The first receipt indicates the transfer of company documents, and the second contains the date of acceptance and the number of the declaration according to the tax authorities.
