An individual entrepreneur can submit a tax return in several ways: take it to the inspectorate in person or entrust it to his representative (employee, friend, relative), send it by mail or transfer it via telecommunication channels. Each method has its own pros and cons.

Instructions
Step 1
If the entrepreneur submits the declaration himself, it is enough for him to fill out and sign the document, make a copy of it (or make two originals) and bring it to his office during working hours. The number and address of your tax office and its working hours can be found on the website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation in the search section of the inspectorate at the registration address (or legal address of the enterprise). Each tax office has its own procedure for working with citizens. Somewhere declarations are accepted in a special window, somewhere you have to call the person on duty by phone. On the second copy, the inspection employee must make a note of acceptance.
Step 2
The same procedure for filing a declaration through a representative, only the need to issue a power of attorney for him is added. The entrepreneur must indicate who exactly he trusts to sign and submit the declaration, and certify the document with a signature and, if available, a seal. You will also need to fill out the section of the declaration about the representative, indicate that the document is being submitted by him. The representative must sign the declaration. The power of attorney is handed over to the employee of the inspection together with the declaration.
Step 3
Tax reports should be sent by mail with a valuable letter with a list of investments, certified by the head of the post office. To do this, you will have to evaluate each investment in a particular amount at the discretion of the sender.
The date of sending the document is the day of its delivery to the post office, confirmed by a receipt for payment of its services.
Step 4
To submit a declaration via the Internet, an entrepreneur must choose a service with which he can do this. Their offer on the market is great. Some take a monthly fee for their services, others a one-time fee, and with the help of the Elba electronic accountant, you can submit a single tax declaration in connection with the use of the simplified tax system for free. With the service you must conclude an agreement or join the offer and issue a power of attorney for it. A sample of it is taken on the site, and a completed and certified copy is uploaded to the site in the form of a scanned copy or sent by mail in the original. Then, using the interface, you can generate a declaration, export it from a computer and give a command to send.
