Organize the work of the accounting department. If you have a large enough enterprise, it is advisable to hire several accountants in different areas, for example, for payroll accounting, for working with counterparties. Tax and accounting reports must be prepared by the chief accountant.

Be sure to monitor and check the information from time to time. To do this, use the services of audit companies. This is necessary not only for you, but also to prevent problems with the tax authorities.

Accounting is carried out in different ways, for example, if your company is on a simplified tax system, you will not have to submit a balance sheet, income statement, income tax return and other forms. Whereas for firms that are on a common tax system, these forms are mandatory.

Try to do reconciliation statements with counterparties as often as possible (at least before submitting a report). This is to prevent data inconsistencies. Before annual reporting, conduct a reconciliation with the tax office on the payment and accrual of taxes. Of course, it is not necessary to check all indicators. Identify discrepancies by ordering a certificate of absence of tax arrears.
