First, find out if your disease is one of those for which the state conducts free surgeries. A complete list can be found in the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation No. 786n and in Appendix No. 6 to it. If the amount of the operation is insignificant or you are able to pay for it yourself and immediately, then inform your doctor about it, and he will explain how you can make the payment. This is usually done through the cashier located in the hospital building. Before that, conclude an agreement, read it carefully. The agreement may indicate the bank details to which you must transfer funds. Do not put money in the hands of a doctor without a contract and checks. Otherwise, in the event of problems or claims, you will not be able to prove anything.

Another question is if you do not have the required amount on hand. Find out first if you can pay for the operation in installments. It is usually provided by a private plastic surgery clinic. In other cases, the probability of failure is high.

Check with your insurance agent. If your health problems fall under the definition of an insured event, the insurance company will cover your expenses.
Step 5
Find out which charities and programs are active in your city. Explain the problems you are having. There is a certain possibility that they will be able to help you and provide you with free part or the full amount necessary for the operation.
Step 6
Remember that in some cases you will be able to reimburse medical expenses. You will not receive financial subsidies, but social tax deductions that will cover the costs you incur. Therefore, if you can potentially pay for the operation, but are afraid that this will greatly affect your budget, seek legal advice about reimbursing the costs of the operation.
