What is the difference between the psychology of the behavior of leaders? Specialists identify different types of leaders in management psychology, but they are all united by these common features:

1. Ability to solve several problems at the same time. It requires the ability to quickly switch, you cannot do without the flexibility of the mind.

2. Ability to extrapolate. Leaders know a lot, they have experience that allows them to intuitively solve many serious issues.

3. Ability to take control. A true leader takes a leadership position from day one, even if someone is unhappy with it.

4. Resistance to "suspended state". A leader who is in obscurity will not be embarrassed or make mistakes. He is not afraid of white spots!

5. Perseverance. The leader will follow the intended course, even if his point of view is not supported by others.

6. Understanding. Leaders do not waste their time on trifles, they know how to quickly grasp the essence of any problem.

7. Collaboration. They know how to act effectively, they know how to cooperate. Communication with a leader should be psychologically comfortable, people are drawn to him themselves.

8. Endurance and energy. The leader works himself, while energizing others. Only a person with strong energy can be a leader.

9. Initiative. The leader takes the active side. The ability to take risks is also associated with this trait.

10. Ability to share experiences. The leader of the techniques of success will not make a secret, he willingly shares them. He helps others grow so they can reach their potential. The leader raises the general level of the company.

11. Resistance to stress. Worrying about the fate of the company, the manager does not panic, he is cold-blooded when making serious decisions.

12. Feeling like a part of the team. A true leader takes the setbacks of an enterprise hard. A deep personal attitude to business pushes him to improve further.
