It is no secret that counterfeiters have existed and flourished since the time immemorial when money appeared. Of course, their favorite banknotes are those that are most in demand in the commodity-money turnover. To date, the facts of sales of thousand-ruble bills are most often recorded. However, according to experts, every citizen can distinguish real banknotes from counterfeit ones, no matter how skillfully they are forged.
Instructions
Step 1
Consider the field on the front side of the bill, executed in thin parallel lines: at a right angle, the field will be monochromatic; when viewed at an acute angle, rainbow (multi-colored) stripes appear on all denominations.
Step 2
Place the banknote in front of the light source, you should see microperforations on it, which form the digital value of the banknote. Run the pad of your finger over the location of the pinholes, the paper should be smooth to the touch. This distinctive feature applies to denominations of 100, 500 and 1000 rubles. Continue browsing and look for multi-tone watermarks in the coupon fields.
Step 3
Please note that all denominations must have a sinking metallized thread that is embedded in the paper of the banknotes. It is visible on the reverse side of the bill in the form of a shiny dotted line.
Step 4
Remember that in the upper right corner of the front side of the bill, the text "Ticket of the Bank of Russia" has a relief structure, and the relief has a special mark for visually impaired people in the lower part of the narrow field of the coupon. On the ornamental ribbon of banknotes, when viewed horizontally at an acute angle, there should be letters "PP".
Step 5
Consider the microtext on the reverse side of the banknotes under a magnifying glass, which consists of the letters "CBR 1000" and "CBR 500" on denominations of 500 rubles.
Step 6
Remember also about additional signs. So on banknotes of 1000 rubles there is a coat of arms, and on banknotes of 500 rubles, the emblem of the Bank of Russia, made with paint, the color of which, when the banknote is placed at different angles, changes from crimson to golden olive. All denominations have random colored fibers.
