If hired employees will work in the online store, then it is necessary to register an LLC or individual entrepreneur with the FSS and the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation as an employer. At the same time, if the store is issued in the form of an LLC, then the director in any case must be formalized as an employee.
Step 5
It is necessary to clarify whether the goods that are planned to be sold in the online store are subject to licensing. If this is the case, then an application must be made to the licensing authority.
Step 6
The purchase of a domain, hosting can be arranged for both a legal entity and an individual. But in order to take these costs into account when calculating the tax base, they must be registered with a legal entity.
Step 7
To accept payment cards in a store, you need to connect to an electronic payment system or a processing center. With such companies, an agreement is required as a legal entity.
