Recently, Russian citizens have begun to send funds to other countries more often. In 2011, about $ 2.5 billion was exported from Russia to other republics. All this is thanks to large banking players who allow transfers around the world after presenting only one passport and recipient's data.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare in advance for going to the bank. Collect all data about the recipient (name, bank account details, exact address where he lives). Depending on the urgency of the transfer, you should choose the appropriate bank.
Step 2
If you only know the name and location of the recipient, then use international money transfer systems (Western Union, Unistream, Contact, Money Gram, etc.).
Step 3
After transferring through one of such systems, the recipient will have to appear at the appropriate branch of the company in his city and present an identity document, as well as say the transfer number, which will be communicated to you immediately during the operation.
Step 4
If you know the details of the bank account and you are ready for the recipient to receive the transfer within a few days, then call the most famous and reliable banks and check the tariffs for such transactions, as well as find out the commission, which is usually less than that of fast money systems operations.
Step 5
Come to the bank and open a foreign currency account, and also fill out an application for a transfer. You can use this account for further money transactions abroad. In the application, indicate the country, the address of the foreign bank to which the transaction is made, the SWIFT code or Routing number, the recipient's full name and his physical or legal address, as well as the account number. For transfers to the EU, you must also specify the IBAN value.
