Having moved to another city or just going on vacation, a pensioner is faced with the problem of receiving a pension. In fact, there are enough options in which you can receive money without problems where it is convenient for you, without returning to your hometown for this.
It is necessary

- - pensioner's ID;
- - identification;
- - power of attorney for the person who will receive the pension, certified by a notary;
- - application to the Pension Fund of Russia.

Step 1
Before leaving for a settlement where there are no problems with ATMs, issue a plastic card. This will allow you to withdraw money at any convenient time and place. In order to transfer your pension to a Sberbank card, contact the nearest bank office with an application for a plastic card, presenting your passport and pension certificate. Next, fill out the account opening form, which will be issued by a bank employee. Within a few days, set by the bank, the card will be issued. At this time, submit an application to the regional Pension Fund of Russia with a request to transfer the pension to your bank account. After receiving the card at the Sberbank office, you can withdraw your pension from it at any ATM in another city.
Step 2
Another way to receive a pension from another city is to issue a power of attorney for a close relative or another person you trust. To do this, draw up a power of attorney in which you give a relative or someone else the right to receive your pension. Indicate the date and place of its preparation. The power of attorney must be certified by a notary. Then apply with a power of attorney to the employees of the branch where you receive your pension. There they will enter the necessary information into the system, and the authorized person will be able to receive the pension after presenting an identity document, and then send it to you by money order.
Step 3
If you are moving to another city for a long time, you should register at your new place of residence. To do this, submit an application to the FIU, in which you write that you need to deregister the personal file located at the previous address. After the request, your personal file will be sent to the branch indicated by you, where they will issue an order for registration and extension of pension payments. As a rule, the whole process takes at least ten days, after which you can receive your pension in a new place.
