Step 1
In order to obtain a duplicate of the PSRN, prepare the following documents:
1. The name of the organization (LLC, IP, CJSC, OJSC), which must receive a copy of the certificate.
2. The very state registration number of your company in the Federal Tax Service (OGRN for an enterprise, OGRNIP for an individual entrepreneur).
3. Individual taxpayer number (TIN).
4. Checkpoint for the organization (the individual entrepreneur does not have it).
5. Full name of the general director of the organization (IP), his passport data of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
7. Series and number of the lost certificate of state registration of the company with the tax authority.
All of the above data can be found in the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities - USRLE, or USRIP for individual entrepreneurs. The statement should be ordered at the tax office at the place of registration.
Step 2
Having properly prepared all the necessary documents, go to the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service of Russia at the place of registration of your organization, since you can get a duplicate OGRN (OGRNIP) only there. Provide the relevant tax officer with original copies of duplicate documents that are contained in the registration file of your legal entity. An employee of the Federal Tax Service is obliged to certify each copy with the official seal, as well as put his signature on it. After that, pay the state fee for issuing a duplicate PSRN in the amount of 200 rubles. If a duplicate is required to be obtained urgently, the amount of the state duty will be 400 rubles.
Step 3
Submit an application to the official of the tax inspectorate for the issuance of a duplicate of the PSRN. Write this statement in free form. The duplicate of the Main state registration number of your legal entity (individual entrepreneur) issued to you is legally equal to the lost original. The duplicate must also be certified by the official seal and signature by the tax officer responsible for this procedure.
