The rent must be paid by the 10th day of each month. Those who do not pay their rent on time will be charged a penalty for each day of delay. The amount of the penalty is determined by the Housing Code of the Russian Federation - one three hundredth of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of Russia. The penalty amount will be included in the next rent.
Instructions
Step 1
To calculate the interest, multiply the rent by the refinancing rate. For example, with a rent of 3000 rubles - the amount of the penalty is 1 ruble and 30 kopecks. If the payment is delayed for 10 days, the amount of 13 rubles will be added to the next rent.
Step 2
If meters are installed in your apartment, then leaving for a long time, you will pay the actual amount that has come up according to the readings of the meters. If you have installed common meters for the whole house, your absence must be confirmed.
Step 3
If meters are not installed in your apartment, then to recalculate the rent, you must be absent for at least 7 days and document this.
Step 4
For recalculation, apply to the housing office. In the application, indicate for what period of time you want to receive a recalculation. This must be done no later than 1 month after returning. Attach documents confirming the fact of your absence. These documents include - travel tickets, hotel bills, business trip certificates, temporary registration certificates, hospital certificates. If you are spending the summer in your garden, contact the horticultural board for help. Resting with relatives in the village - get a certificate from the local village council.
Step 5
The recalculation amount will include payments for electricity, for cold and hot water, for gas, for sewerage. No other utilities can be recalculated anymore.
Step 6
Payment for heating, maintenance, garbage collection cannot be recalculated. The recalculation will be done within one month, first pay the rent according to the receipts sent. The overpaid amount will be deducted on the receipt for the next month.
