Find out the size of the social scholarship
Each university sets its own amount of social benefits. Usually, a social stipend ranges from four to fourteen thousand rubles. It all depends on the educational institution and its material base.
Visit the dean's office of your university
Find out in what time frame you must complete the documents and which authorities you should contact. Ask all the questions that interest you in order to avoid problems in the process of applying for the scholarship.
Request a certificate from the passport officer at the hostel
The certificate must contain information that you are registered at the hostel address, and this is your only legal place of residence. If you come from any region and village, then you first need to check out at the place of registration, and then get a residence permit in the hostel.
Order a certificate stating that you are a student of the university
