Step 1
Balance replenishment through the terminal
Select the "Payment for services" operation in the terminal menu, go to the "Electronic money" section by clicking on the corresponding button. Select "Qiwi Wallet" from the options offered. In the new window, enter the phone number registered in the Qiwi system, which will serve as the number of your Qiwi wallet when paying. You can skip the page with comments by clicking the "Next" button. Confirm the correctness of the data you entered. Enter the required amount of money into the bill acceptor, take the check. Payment through the terminals of partners or other systems is not much different from the one described above. Look for “Qiwi Wallet” in the “E-money” or “E-commerce” sections.
Step 2
Balance replenishment in communication stores
Contact the employee at the checkout, tell the number of your e-wallet in the Qiwi system, transfer the money, take the check confirming the operation. The official Qiwi website contains a list of communication shops where you can replenish your Qiwi wallet account at the checkout without a commission.
Step 3
Money transfers
To replenish the Qiwi wallet by transferring funds through the Contact system, contact any payment point of the system. Show the operator your identity document (passport) and provide your e-wallet number. Enter the required amount of money, pick up the document confirming the transaction. To replenish the balance by bank transfer (available only for individuals), contact any bank branch, present your passport and payment details, in the "Purpose of payment" field, indicate "Replenishment by agreement (your wallet number)". Step 4
Internet banking
Log into your personal account on your bank's website, go to the "Payments" section, enter the recipient's details, indicate the purpose of the payment and the transfer amount, confirm the operation by entering the code received in sms. The recipient's details are indicated on the official Qiwi website. The menu in the personal account and the way of confirming transactions of different banks may differ.
