Step 1
The most common way to top up a bank card is by using an ATM. For this purpose, any device, including a third-party bank, is suitable: commission for such payments, as a rule, is not charged. Insert the card into the ATM, enter the PIN-code, select the "Payments" option from the menu on the screen. It can also be called "Payment for services" or otherwise. In the menu that opens, select the type of service that you intend to pay for (cellular communication, Internet access, etc.). Then find your provider in the list provided. The ATM will ask you to enter your identifier (personal account number, mobile phone number, contract or other) and the payment amount. After making sure that the entered data is correct, confirm the payment. Keep the check issued by the ATM until the money is credited.
Step 2
If Internet banking is tied to your card, it is usually possible to pay directly for the services of most popular service providers. Follow the link "Payments", select the type of paid services, then a specific provider, enter the identifier and the amount to be paid, then give the command to complete the payment.
Most often, the system requires additional identification: a PIN code, a password for entering the system or a special code for Internet banking, a variable code from a scratch card, a one-time or permanent payment password - depending on the bank.
Write down the payment ID and keep it until you are sure that the money arrived as intended.

If, among the ways to top up your balance, your provider offers an option through electronic payment systems, and your card is tied to a wallet in one of them (this service is offered in cooperation with several Russian banks Yandex-Money and Webmoney), you can use this option.
Top up the wallet in the system from the card with the required amount. This operation is free, and the money is credited within a few seconds. Then make the payment through the system interface.
