Instructions

Step 1

Even if the product you purchased turned out to be of poor quality, do not stop making payments on the loan on time. A lot of time may pass from the moment the goods break down until the money is returned, and for each day of delay, the bank will charge you a penalty. Fines paid in connection with late payments will in any case fall on your shoulders - the store is not obliged to compensate for these costs.

Step 2

Write a claim to the store with a demand to reimburse the amount spent on repaying the bank loan, and attach to the application copies of documents confirming that you made payments on the loan. According to Art. 24 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" when returning goods of inadequate quality purchased on credit, the consumer has the right to a full refund of the amount paid to the bank by the day the goods are returned to the store, and to reimbursement of the payment for using the credit. At the same time, the sums of money spent on fines are not reimbursed. Also, the store is not obliged to reimburse the money spent on insurance when applying for a loan and other additional bank services that you used at your own request.

Step 3

At the time of returning the goods, demand from the seller a document, which will indicate that the sales contract can be considered invalid.

Step 4

By law, the seller is obliged to return the funds to the creditor. To get your money for a low-quality product, contact the bank through which the loan was issued. If you paid part of the amount yourself in the store (for example, the first installment), you can return it from the seller.

Step 5

When returning money paid for a defective product, it will not be superfluous to demand from the bank an agreement to terminate the consumer loan agreement, which will state that the bank has no financial claims against you. This will help you in the future to protect yourself from possible disagreements and not spoil your credit history.
