Since February 2014, Muscovites need to transmit the readings of water meters through the portal of state services. Previously, this information was transmitted through the "Center for Coordination of the GU IS", which ceased its work.

Instructions
Step 1
It is possible to transfer the readings of water meters via the Internet only after the transfer of the primary readings through the IS or the MFC. After that, the possibilities of remote service will be opened.
Step 2
To transfer the readings of water meters, you must first register on the Moscow portal of public services www.pgu.mos.ru. To do this, you need to indicate your full name, SNILS, email address and mobile phone number.
Step 3
On the website, select the option "Acceptance of meter readings" (the address of the service is https://pgu.mos.ru/ru/application/counters). On the page that opens, you need to indicate the individual payer's code (it can be found in the Single Payment Document) and the data on water consumption for the past month in cubic meters.
Step 4
The system has an automatic check of the entered data. It will not accept readings less than the verification values and less than the previous reading. Also, the entered value of the volume of water use cannot significantly exceed the water consumption standards. Today they amount to 11, 68 cubic meters. per person monthly, of which 6,935 are cold water and 4,745 hot.
Step 5
After the transfer of data on water consumption, you will receive the calculated amount to pay for utility bills in the next month. Through the portal of public services, you can not only transfer the readings of water meters, but also pay for utility bills. To do this, go to the section "Payment for state and municipal services".
