Step 5
After installing the water meters, invite the housing authority for a check. The housing organization will draw up an act on the commissioning of installed meters for hot and cold water. The act is tripartite. It is signed by a utility contractor representing a housing organization, a specialized company that installed a water meter, and an apartment owner.
Step 6
Sign an agreement with the housing service to pay utility bills for hot and cold water according to the installed meters. Take and transfer meter readings for hot and cold water to the public service. Pay for the monthly consumed water according to the approved tariff and the readings of the water meters.
