It is necessary

  • - the program "Declaration";
  • - copies of the institute's accreditation and license;
  • - certificate in the form 2-NDFL;
  • - receipts for tuition fees;
  • - agreement with the institute;
  • - passport.

Instructions

Step 1

In the accounting department of the company where you are currently working, ask for a certificate of income for the last six months in the form of 2-NDFL. The document must contain your personal data, the signature of the chief accountant, director of the enterprise, and the seal of the organization.

Step 2

Ask the university where you are studying for a fee for accreditation and an institute license. Take two copies of them and ask the HR department to certify them with the seal of the educational institution.

Step 3

You must have on hand a study contract that you entered into with the institute upon admission. If you do not have it in stock (lost or damaged), then you need to request a copy of it from the personnel department of the university. When the amount of payment changed during the period of study, then an additional agreement must be attached to the contract.

Step 4

You must pay for your studies according to receipts, therefore, for the period for which you will fill out the declaration, you need to submit payment documents. If you have lost or spoiled one of the receipts, then you can get a certificate of the fact and the amount of payment in the accounting department of the university.

Step 5

Download and install the Declaration program on your personal computer. Set the necessary conditions: the number of the tax service at the place of filing the declaration, the sign of the taxpayer and the confirmation of the available income. Enter your passport details in the information about the declarant.

Step 6

In the item "Income received in the Russian Federation" enter the name of the organization where you work. Then, using the data in the 2-NDFL certificate, indicate the amount of your salary for each month of the reporting period.

Step 7

On the Deductions tab, check Grant Social Tax Deduction. In the “Amounts Spent on Your Tuition” box, write the amount of expenses shown on your tuition bill for the last six months.
