Therefore, check the correctness of the number not only on the check if you pay through the cashier (or on the terminal display), but also on the check itself. In addition to the limitation period for the payment, there are other requirements. If more than three digits are replaced in the check (for example, your number is 89031234567, and in the check 8983133559), the refund will not be made. Likewise, if more than four digits have been swapped in the number, no refund is possible.

If you made a mistake in the code (for example, you have the Beeline operator number at 906, and the check contains the MTS number at 916), you need to contact the salon of the operator who received the money. In the proposed case, this is the MTS salon. Therefore, do not be offended by the employees of the Beeline office, if in this case they refuse to service you - they simply do not have access to the funds you sent.

When replacing a payment, it is not necessary to show your passport. It doesn't even matter if you own the number to which you deposited money. You just need to write a statement about the erroneous payment and attach a receipt (the salon employee will make a copy of it, and the original will be returned to you). Refunds are made according to the procedure within 14 days, but in practice the case is faster (within a day or two).
