A deferred letter allows the borrower not to pay the payments established by the bank for a certain period of time. At the same time, the client should not be charged any commissions or fines.
Instructions
Step 1
Call the bank and find out if they have forms to compose a letter with a reasoned request for the possibility of changing the terms of the loan. If your bank has such forms, then you need to take it and fill it out. To do this, put down the number of the loan agreement, indicate your full name and enter the name of the bank in the uppermost field of the document (in the "header"). Next, choose two options for motivation: reduction or dismissal, or deterioration in financial situation or decrease in income.
Step 2
Write yourself a letter about the deferred payment. This is necessary if your bank does not have the appropriate forms. This letter must be written to the chairman of the bank's management. That is, "in the header" of the document, write: "to whom is the Chairman of the bank's board." Next, indicate the name of the bank and the full name of the chairman himself.
Step 3
Check below from whom this letter is written. For example: "from whom Ivanova Maria Alekseevna." As a rule, the letter itself can be written in free form. Therefore, you can write in the following way: “I, Ivanova Maria Alekseevna, am a client of your bank (here mark what time you have already been a client of this bank). On the basis of the loan agreement (indicate the number of your loan agreement), I ask you (enter the name of the bank chairman here) to provide me with a deferred payment for (indicate how long you would like to receive a deferral). Due to the fact that". After that, write what was the reason that you suddenly needed a delay, i.e. why you can't pay for the loan on time.
Step 4
Please note that the deferred payment letter should only contain real information. Therefore, write as it really is. For example, if you need a deferred payment due to delayed wages, lack of a permanent job, then write this.
Step 5
Sign, decipher the signature and date this document.
Step 6
Take the finished letter to the bank and, without fail, sign its acceptance with the administrator or secretary.
