A smart building is a system that ensures resource efficiency, comfort and safety for all its users. The most attractive are hybrid buildings that harmoniously fit into the surrounding local landscape. Modern glazed facades of such buildings react to changes in the environment - air temperature, sunlight. Such translucent systems create openness of the space inside the building, allow you to preserve natural light, rationally zoning the interior.

  • - The "field" level includes cable connections, sensors that serve to interact with all areas when, for example, synchronous operation of heating and air conditioning systems, their automatic switching on and off, is carried out.

As a result of the work of intelligent control systems, the costs of maintenance personnel are reduced, which reduces operating costs, and, accordingly, the level of rent.
