Step 1

One of the main requirements for licensing is imposed on the premises. It can be rented or owned and occupy at least 18 sq. M. (if a pharmacy is located on the territory of a medical and prophylactic facility, then it can occupy 8 square meters), located in a capital building. A trading floor, a warehouse for medicines, an acceptance and unpacking area, and, if necessary, a room for the production of medicines, a bathroom and a staff room are needed. The room must be equipped with special furniture, refrigerators, a cash register is required. The premises must be inspected by the Rospotrebnadzor commission.
Step 3
Special requirements are imposed on the personnel: all employees must have health records, special education and qualifications. Specialists (pharmacist and pharmacist) must have at least 3 years of experience.

Narcotic, poisonous, non-narcotic drugs should be stored separately. There must be drugs for first aid.
