Every day, aspiring businessmen send hundreds of letters, both regular and electronic. Most often, they are sent in large quantities, without having the slightest idea about the recipients. As a result, these letters remain unanswered. The reason for this lies in the wrong composition of the business message.

Step 1
Before you start writing a letter, study the details of the company you are going to write to. Find out everything you can about a potential partner. Only then can you start composing the letter. Address the person by name and patronymic. This will emphasize your respect for him and give him positive emotions. Thus, you will achieve his location.
Step 2
The letter must necessarily contain a heading that reveals the content of the text. This is necessary for the recipient to sort letters, since a large number of messages come to any organization every day. Therefore, if your offer is without a headline, it may simply not be paid attention to. Also write a small annotation. This will simplify the search for your letter, in case your proposal will be interested after a while.
Step 3
Don't neglect compliments. In the introduction, you can write, for example, how it would be pleasant for you to provide services to such a well-known company. At the end, express your hope for cooperation.
Step 4
Avoid using common phrases, unnecessary adjectives and parasitic words in writing. Avoid using phrases with excessive politeness, frequent pronouns and empty adjectives. The text of the letter should be written as firmly as possible.
Step 5
Do not use directive phrases such as “Contact us by phone if you are interested in our offer”. This may lead the recipient to believe that the offer may not be of interest to him. Also, the recipient may feel that you are telling him how to do it. In this case, write better that he can contact you by phone to discuss the details. The meaning will be the same, but the phrase will sound less categorical.
Step 6
When describing the achievements of your company, use verbs that indicate a real result. These include the perfective verbs: enlarged, made, performed, made, developed, etc. Using these verbs will give you more respectability and solidity.
Step 7
If your offer involves a large amount of mutual settlements, then send it better with a courier. The letter must be in a large company envelope and sealed.
