Even as schoolchildren, many of us collected waste paper and scrap metal. Now this is not a pioneer outburst of enthusiasm, but a completely grown-up business. And one of the most profitable: something, but there is enough garbage and waste on our planet. Therefore, to open a collection point for recyclable materials, you do not need special investments. True, if you want to legally deal with the acceptance of recyclable materials from the population, you will have to draw up a special package of documents.
Instructions
Step 1
If you are going to open only a collection point for recyclable materials, without further processing, then you will not need to register a legal entity. Register only an individual entrepreneur (IE). However, if you are planning to work with scrap metal, then you need to register a legal entity.
Step 2
In order to register an individual entrepreneur, you need to submit the following documents to the local tax office:
- application;
- passport;
- TIN;
- a list of the main types of work.
In addition, if such a need arises, provide the details of the bank in which you plan to open (or have already opened) an account. The same documents are provided when registering a legal entity (LLC). In addition, in this case, it is already necessary to indicate information about the bank account, as well as the provision of the constituent documents of the enterprise.
Step 3
The term of registration of an unincorporated legal entity or LLC usually takes no more than 5 days. If you plan to hire more than 15 people, then the extract from the USRIP / USRLE must contain the OKVED codes, in accordance with the information on the main types of work. Registration of OKVED will take you from 2 to 4 days. Order stamps for your company.
Step 4
Find and rent (or buy) a room (or several) where you can store and receive recyclable materials. Get positive opinions on the satisfactory condition of the premises from the environmental expert commission, sanitary and epidemiological supervision and the fire department.
Step 5
Due to the fact that many types of recyclable materials belong to the IV class of hazardous waste, obtain a license from the local branch of Rostechnadzor to provide services for its reception. Submit the following documents:
- application;
- passport and TIN;
- constituent documents of the individual entrepreneur;
- a list of wastes (of all hazard classes - from I to IV), the reception of which you plan to carry out;
- a copy of the conclusion of the environmental impact assessment of the premises;
- Copies of lease or purchase and sale agreements for premises where the collection of recyclable materials will be carried out;
- a copy of the conclusion from the sanitary and epidemiological supervision on the proper condition of the premises.
