Instructions
Step 1
If you are planning to open a cafe on the highway, you need to get a place where you will locate the fast food outlet. Contact the road construction department and find out to which district the land plot that you have selected for construction belongs to.
Step 2
Contact the district administration with an application for the provision of the selected land plot for ownership or lease.
Step 3
Register as an individual entrepreneur or legal entity. To open a cafe, it is enough to have an IP certificate If you plan to open a network of roadside fast food outlets, and the number of service personnel that you will hire for work will exceed 50 people, you will need to register as a legal entity.
Step 4
Make a business plan and project. Contact the administration to approve your documents. You will be given permission to open a fast food outlet.
Step 5
As soon as you receive a decree on the transfer of land for organizing a roadside cafe for ownership or lease, call a licensed architect to draw up a project and a sketch of the building for the cafe and summarize engineering communications. But before that, register a lease or register ownership by contacting FUGRTS.
Step 6
With a project and a sketch, contact the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning. You will be given an act of approval, which you must sign in the administration, in the district communal systems, in the fire protection, in the SES.
Step 7
With the signed act, contact the architecture department again. You will be given a building permit.
Step 8
After completion of construction, invite the commission to inspect the constructed structure and to issue a final verdict.
Step 9
But even that is not all. To be allowed to open a cafe, invite authorized representatives of the sanitary epidemiological station. They will inspect your cafe and issue an opinion on the possibility of opening. The building should have running water, sewerage, a visitor's toilet, and a washing area.
Step 10
The final verdict should be made by the representatives of the fire protection of the area.
Step 11
Only after obtaining all the permits can you hire staff and start your own business.
