Step 2

Contact the Sberbank branch. At the same time, it is not at all necessary to go to the exact branch where you issued the card. To apply for deactivation of the "Mobile Bank" service, you must have a passport and a plastic card registration agreement or the card itself. The service must be deactivated within 3 business days. A corresponding notification will be sent to your phone.

Call one of the Sberbank customer support numbers. Numbers in Moscow: +7 (495) 500-00-05, +7 (495) 788-92-72. You can call these numbers at any time - the service works around the clock. Please note that the call must be made exactly from the number to which the Mobile Bank is registered. The operator can clarify your passport details, card number or contract number. The service will also be disabled within 3 working days, and you will receive a notification to the phone number linked to the card.

Step 4

Use the Sberbank terminal. To do this, just insert the card into the terminal and go to the appropriate menu item: "Disable Mobile Banking". Follow the instructions on the screen carefully and wait for your application to be accepted. Within 3 working days, a message will be sent to your phone about the successful disconnection of the service.
