How can you be sure that the tax has actually been paid, received and the inspection will not have any claims?

To clarify the payment transaction, use a special service located on the official website of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation at https://www.nalog.ru/. Here you should find the "Individuals" tab and go to the section designated for them. Here are links to those pages of the site where you can get acquainted with the news of taxation, materials and regulations

Find in the menu located on the right the link "Electronic services" and go to the next section, which provides three options for resolving your issue. The first one invites you to find the address and phone number of the service that calculates taxes for you. You can use this service by selecting the first menu item, which is called, respectively, "the address of your inspection". Now you will be asked to enter the number of your FTS branch, if you know it, or your home address. After that, the system will give you the coordinates of the required inspection, indicating the possible ways to contact and clarify your question.

In the section "Electronic services" you can take advantage of another opportunity to contact your inspectorate. A link to a service that allows you to contact inspectors using the e-mail of a specific department is located in the general list and is called "Contact the Federal Tax Service of Russia". Here you can fill out a special application form. After registration, the system will automatically send your request to the required department.

But the shortest way to make sure the timely receipt of your payments to the budget is to check the information about the accrual in a special section located in the same menu called "Taxpayer's Office". You can get here by going directly to the address https://service.nalog.ru/debt/. Fill in the information required for identification (TIN, surname, name and patronymic) and search for information in the database. Look at what tax debts are not presented in the list that opens, which means that it has been successfully credited to the budget and is no longer listed as debt for you.
