Analytical references can be required everywhere. This is a mandatory document when passing the certification of teachers, they are required by university students as confirmation of the study of special literature, they are written in production. Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the analytical reference on a sheet of standard A4 writing paper (requirements for design, fields - in accordance with GOST R 6.30-2003). For ease of reading, the help should be printed on a computer. Above, in the middle, in capital letters, write "Analytical Report".
Step 2
Indicate general information about the enterprise: its name, legal address, state registration number, contact phone number, fax, e-mail address. If the company has its own website, indicate its address on the Internet. Provide information on the types of activities of the enterprise and the nature of the property: state, private, participation in a bank holding company or financial and industrial groups, legal status.
Step 3
In the analytical reference, reflect information about the history of the formation and development of the enterprise, their main stages, the year of creation, acquisition or merger. If there were, then the name changes.
Step 4
Tell us about the structure of production and production activities of the company, its main directions. Describe the production and material and technical base, the existing subsidiaries, their capacity, describe the products manufactured, the raw material base and the available energy sources.
Step 5
Give the nomenclature of manufactured products, reflect the main products and their groups, brands and models, taking into account production departments. Give statistical data on production in quantitative and value terms for the last few years. Break down the data by product type and by division and subsidiary.
Step 6
Give an analysis of the economic condition of the enterprise - indicate its place in the ranking system at the national and international level, the place of the enterprise in terms of income.
Step 7
Analyze the performance of an enterprise based on production and sales data. Predict future production volumes using the above statistics over several years. Make a conclusion about the economic activity of the enterprise in question.
