Before paying for utilities through Sberbank Online, see if you are registered in the system. Connection to this payment system, as well as to a mobile bank and other related services, is negotiated in an agreement that the client concludes with Sberbank before opening a main account and receiving a debit or credit card. Long-term clients of Sberbank may remain unconnected to online services for a long time.
Step 2
Go to the Sberbank Online website using the link below and click on the registration button. Prepare your mobile phone and bank card to fill in the fields with personal data. Having received your login and password in an SMS message, enter them in the appropriate fields on the main page of the site. You may also need to enter a special one-time verification code to log in.
Step 3
You can pay for utilities through Sberbank Online through the "Transfers and Payments" menu, which can be accessed at the top of the site. Scroll down the page that opens to the "Payment for purchases and services" section. Please note that by default, your region is set here, and you can only make a payment to those companies that have representative offices here. Slightly below will be located the quick access links "Housing and Communal Services" and "Kvartplata". Click on the last one.

Select your management company from the list provided. If you cannot find the name you are looking for, enter it in the top search bar. Find out in advance with your MC if it is included in the list of service providers that support payments through Sberbank Online. Fill in all the details, including the name of the service, the personal account of the resident, the payment period and the exact amount that will be debited from the main card account. Confirm the operation through a one-time code that will come to your mobile phone number. Immediately after the completion of the procedure, an electronic check will appear on the screen, which can be printed in case, for some reason, the transfer is not carried out on time.
Step 5
The ability to pay for utilities is available not only in Sberbank Online, but also in other electronic banking systems, for example, Alfa-Click. Also, you can always personally visit the branch of Sberbank closest to you and pay for the apartment according to the receipt. This same procedure is available in most modern ATMs and terminals.
