In the course of their work, some company leaders use the so-called "commercial offers". According to the economic dictionary, such documents are an appeal to a potential client with an offer to purchase one or another product. As a rule, a commercial offer must be in writing. The way of delivering information to the client can be different.

Instructions

Step 1

Please write your proposal document before submitting it. Remember that not only the success of the deal, but also the prestige of your organization depends on competent and correct drafting.

Step 2

Pay attention to the beginning of the commercial offer. The text that the opponent sees first plays a decisive role in the future. The first sentence must certainly interest the client; one should not start the document with "hackneyed phrases", with a laudatory ode in honor of oneself, etc.

Step 3

In order to interest the client, include in the text of the document such phrases as “While talking with you, we noticed …”, “We liked your idea …”, etc. When describing a product, avoid technical and not entirely clear terms that may be unfamiliar to the client.

Step 4

Be sure to argue in favor of purchasing your product. Also describe the detailed scheme of cooperation. Do not indicate the base price, it is better to specify what it consists of.

Step 5

At the end of the commercial offer, avoid phrases such as “We will help solve your problems …”, “We will be very upset if our offer is left without attention…” and others. Give a potential client the opportunity to contact you and clarify any information, for this write "If you have any questions and suggestions, we are ready to answer and listen to them …".

Step 6

The quotation has been completed, now submit it. If you have the opportunity, present it to the client in person, so you show your respect for him. If this is not possible, send the document by e-mail.

Step 7

Do not write "Commercial offer" in the subject line of the email, as your opponent will not want to read it (he may think that this is just another spam).

Step 8

Send a commercial offer in the body of the letter, as the client will not open the file for fear of "catching" a virus. Decorate the text in various ways of emphasizing: italics, brackets, paragraphs, etc. You can also highlight important information in a different color, thereby emphasizing.

Step 9

To make the client “surely” read the document, call him before sending it.
