Please note that in each specific case, the set of documents for registration of a trade tent may be determined by the specifics of the type of activity that you are going to carry out. First of all, to open a tent, you need to issue a special permit for its placement (non-stationary object) in the administration of your city.

Sign contracts with organizations for the provision of sanitary and epidemiological services. Then get permission from the regulatory and supervisory authority (Rospotrebnadzor). At the same time, for the registration of permits and the opening of a trade tent, it is imperative that you complete all the necessary sanitary and epidemiological documents. In turn, the following package of documents should be collected: - a production control program; - a sanitary and epidemiological conclusion (Rospotrebnadzor will give it to you for a specific period); - an agreement on the implementation of disinsection or disinfection; - an agreement on the implementation of systematic disinfection, as well as cleaning of air conditioning systems or ventilation (if any); - regulatory documents for the tent; - contract for the removal of waste, garbage; - contracts for disinfection of existing vehicles; - contracts for dry cleaning or laundry services for periodic washing of special clothes of the tent workers.
