Instructions

Step 1

Choose multiple securities traders. These can be banks or specialized firms licensed by the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine. Visit the SSMSC website www.ssmsc.gov.ua and find out the lists and addresses of the most convenient enterprises for you.

Step 2

Make an appointment with the manager of the securities trader and consult him about all questions about buying stocks. Listen to information about the current situation in the stock market, ask to list the shares that, in the manager's opinion, are currently profitable to acquire. Find out the reseller's commission rates and lead times. Compare the information received from several companies.

Step 3

Visit Ukrainian Internet resources with information on stock quotes.

Step 4

Decide on the stock and stock trader you want to own. Sign the contract with the intermediary, provide your passport or other identification document and identification code. Obtain written consent from your spouse for the sale and purchase of shares. The shares are common joint property, therefore, the husband or wife can legally invalidate the transaction in the absence of their consent.

Step 5

Deposit to the cashier or transfer to the merchant's account the full amount of money for the purchase of a certain number of shares and the amount of the commission stipulated in the agreement. After that, the intermediary firm will carry out all the necessary operations and provide you with a share certificate or an extract from the custodian's custody account, which will indicate information about the accrual of shares to your account.

Step 6

You can purchase shares yourself, but in this case you will have to go through several legal procedures. Obtain a notarized certificate of the sale and purchase agreement for certain shares, re-register the rights of a shareholder at the registrar, open a depo account with the custodian.
