Step 2
Read Article 6 of the Law "On State Duty", which describes all cases of refund of duty. If, according to it, you have the right to claim its return, collect all the necessary documents for this.
Step 3
Prepare a copy of your passport, passbook or bank statement where you will need to send the refund, as well as a payment document confirming the transfer of funds to pay the fee. If you want to return the court fee, get a certificate from the court about the return of the state fee. Usually it is issued together with the court's decision on this.
Step 4
Write an application for the return of the state duty, attach it to all collected documents and take it to the tax office located at your place of residence or registration of a legal entity. You can also send a package of documents by registered mail, with a list of all attached documents.
Step 5
Be sure to keep your shipping receipt. In this case, you will be able to prove that you have transferred the documents. And just in case, make yourself a copy of all the documents submitted to the tax office. This will insure you against possible problems in case of loss.
Step 6
A legal entity does not need to collect so many documents in order to return the state fee. All you need is a payment document and an application, in which you need to indicate the data of the company (its legal address, account number, etc.).
Step 7
Wait a month. If the fee is still not refunded during this period, you are fully entitled to receive interest for each day of delay.
