Processing represents applied objects of 1C software configuration. It is used to perform various actions on information that are not provided in the standard functions of the application. External processing is not an applied solution and is stored in separate files, so it is necessary to add and launch them.
It is necessary
- - 1C program;
- - processing file.
Instructions
Step 1
Launch the 1C: Enterprise software. Select the information base for operation and the application launch mode.
Step 2
Open the "File" menu and select "Open …". Alternatively, you can simply press the "Ctrl + O" key combination on the keyboard. A standard file selection window will appear, in which go to the desired folder and select the file to be started processing with the.epf extension. Click the "Open" button. In addition, the file can be launched using Drag & Drop technology.
Step 3
To do this, open the program and the folder window with the required file. Click on the file with the left mouse button and, without releasing, drag the object to the area of the 1C program window. This will run the processing file.
Step 4
Run the list of external processors that are connected to the 1C program. Select the desired file and press "Add" or the Ins button on your keyboard. Name the external processing and add a comment to it so you don't get confused about its purpose later on.
Step 5
Download the file. To do this, depending on the configuration of the software, press the button "Load", "Replace external processing file" or "Open". After that, a window will appear where you need to confirm the entry, and then click "Close". Thus, processing for 1C will be saved.
Step 6
Remove external processing from the list if it is no longer required to work with 1C: Enterprise. Open the list of loaded external processors, select the line with the file to be deleted. Press the "Delete" button or the Del key on the keyboard. As a result, a mark for deletion will be set. Go to the "Operations" menu and select the "Deleting marked objects" section, where you can directly delete the file.
Step 7
Create your own processing. To do this, go to the "File" menu and select "New …". In the window that opens, select "External Processing".
