Step 1

Step 2
Fill out an application for opening a savings account and provide the bank employee with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or another document that proves your identity. In the application form, you must indicate your personal and passport data, as well as the place of actual residence and contact phone numbers. Registration usually takes no more than 20 minutes.
Step 3
Tell the bank employee that you want to attach a passbook to your account. Otherwise, you can open an account, which is served by a classic plastic card.
