Step 1
Fill out an application for liquidation of an individual entrepreneur or individual entrepreneur in the form R26001 "Application for state registration of the termination of an individual's activity as an individual entrepreneur in connection with his decision to terminate this activity." Step 2

Step 3
Submit to the tax service at the place of registration of your individual entrepreneur an application for closing an individual entrepreneur in the form of R26001 and a receipt for payment of the state duty for closing an individual entrepreneur with a note of payment. The tax officer will give you a receipt for the documents on your behalf.
Step 4
After 5 working days, visit the tax office again and, presenting your personal passport and receipt of the necessary documents, you will receive a Certificate of state registration of the termination of an individual's activity as an individual entrepreneur, as well as an extract from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs.
Step 5
Notify the branch of the Pension Fund about the closure of your JOB by a written statement. To do this, you will need a personal passport and a Certificate of State Registration of the termination of an individual's activity as an individual entrepreneur. An employee of the Pension Fund will draw up a report and give you receipts for the repayment of arrears on mandatory fixed payments.
Step 6
Pay off the debt on obligatory fixed payments at any branch of Sberbank of Russia. The closing procedure for your sole proprietorship is now complete.
