Step 1
First, determine which terminals serve your account. Such a list is available on the website of the organization-recipient of the payment. Or find information about it in the invoice itself. The most common payments for mobile communications and the Internet can be made in almost any terminal that is most convenient for you.
Step 2
Prepare the amount you want to be credited to the account in paper notes. Remember that the terminal does not give change. The entire amount that appears in the bill acceptor of the machine will be credited. In addition, please note that any payment terminal will automatically deduct the transfer commission from the proposed amount (from one to five percent). So don't forget to include these costs in your total.
Step 3
Write down or remember the required account number, as well as the name of the beneficiary's organization. This can be a mobile operator, Internet service provider, electronic payment system, etc. To pay for cellular communication, you will need to enter your phone number, this will be the account number. And for electronic money systems, prepare the number of the ruble wallet, since payments in other currencies through the terminal are not carried out.
Step 4
Before entering the amount into the bill acceptor, read the information on the terminal's touch screen. Enjoy the convenience of navigation, which allows you to simply follow the instructions by choosing the coordinates you need (name of the organization, account number, payment amount, etc.). After entering the account numbers, you will be prompted to deposit the required amount. Insert the bills into the acceptor, usually located on the right below the screen.
Step 5
After the terminal accepts the entire amount prepared for depositing to the account, a notification about the amount of credited funds and an offer to receive a receipt for payment will appear on the screen. Now you just have to get a receipt confirming the payment to the declared account. Keep the receipt until the moment when you receive a notification of the transfer of money from your operator.
