Step 1

Step 2

The head of the enterprise draws up an order for employment in the T-1 form, indicates the necessary details of the organization, the topic of the document. In the administrative part, enter the last name, first name, patronymic of the citizen employed, the title of the position in accordance with the staffing table, and also indicate that it is a part-time job for him. Certify the document with the seal of the organization, familiarize the employee with the order against signature.

Step 3

Conclude an employment contract with the employee, in which you write down the rights and obligations of the parties, indicate the position for which the employee is hired, and also write that it is a part-time job for him. A contract with a part-time job can be concluded both for an indefinite period, and it is allowed to conclude a fixed-term employment contract. A specialist is allowed to work part-time for no more than four hours a day during his free time from his main job. Certify the document with the company seal and the signature of the head of the company. Introduce it to the employee against signature. The employment contract should be concluded in duplicate, one should be transferred to the employee, the other should be left in the personnel department.

In the employee's work book, put the serial number of the entry, the date of the employee's hiring. In the information about the work, enter the name of the organization, the name of the position and the structural unit, and also indicate that the specialist is hired part-time. The basis for recording an internal part-time job is the director's order, write down its number and date.
