Instructions
Step 1
Carry out the procedure for the dismissal of employees and their removal from the register in the pension fund.
Step 2
Write an application to close an individual entrepreneur - for this, download the application form from the FTS website - https://www.nalog.ru/gosreg/reg_fl/form_indpr/. Have it certified by a notary.
In the event of the closure of an individual entrepreneur forcibly, by a court decision, the court will send copies of the decisions to the registration authority, which will enter the relevant data into the register.
Step 3
Pay the state fee, the details for payment can be found by clicking on this link - https://www.r59.nalog.ru/gosr/ri/sved_p59/. Attach the received receipt of the RF Security Council for payment of the state fee to the rest of the documents.
Step 4
In addition to all of the above, a copy of the TIN assignment certificate (TIN is indicated in the application) and the applicant's passport or its notarized copy, the OGRNIP certificate and an extract from the USRIP obtained when registering as an individual entrepreneur.
Step 5
Terminate contracts with governmental and non-governmental organizations and foundations.
Submit your tax reports and social security returns. In order to terminate the contract with the social security fund, provide receipts for payment of insurance premiums.
Get a certificate from the pension fund about the absence of debt, if there is one, repay it.
Step 6
In the address bar of your browser, enter the address of the FTS website in the format: www.rAA.nalog.ru, where AA is the number of your region. In the regional section of the site, find the contacts of your tax office - there you need to submit the collected package of documents.

After completing all operations, close the current account and receive a closing document.
Together with the collected documents, transfer the seal to the registration authority, there it will be destroyed in accordance with the procedure established by law.
