It is necessary

  • - 2-NDFL certificate;
  • - payment documents confirming expenses for treatment, education, purchase of housing, etc.

Instructions

Step 1

To fill out the declaration, get a certificate of income in the form of 2-NDFL from the accounting department of your company. Prepare payment documents (cash receipts, receipts, payment orders, etc.), confirming the costs of purchasing real estate, buying drugs, paying for educational services.

Step 2

Individual income tax return sheets can be obtained from the tax office. Fill in the appropriate lines and cells with your personal and passport information, TIN, information about income and tax benefits due. Use the prompts on the declaration pages to help you fill out the forms.

Step 3

All entries should be made in block letters in black or blue ink. Try not to make mistakes, corrections and blots. Please note that you do not need to fill out all the sheets, but only those that relate to your specific situation: for example, if you receive income taxed at a rate of 13%, then enter the information in section 1 if you are engaged in entrepreneurial activity or private practice - fill in sheet B, etc.

Step 4

It is not easy to understand the intricacies of a tax return, and besides, manual processing is fraught with numerous errors and inaccuracies. Therefore, the inspections of the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation recommend filling out the report form in electronic form in a special program. Download it from the official website of the Federal Tax Service or the website of the developer - the Main Research Computing Center of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. Follow the installation instructions.

Step 5

Open the section "Setting conditions" in the program. Mark the type of report - 3-NDFL declaration and indicate the inspection number of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. In addition, if you are a lawyer, notary, sole proprietor or head of a farm, make a note about it in the column "Taxpayer identification" or put a sign in the "Other individual" box.

Step 6

Fill in the "Information about the declarant": last name, first name, patronymic, date and place of birth, passport data, registration address. Indicate the code of your locality according to the OKATO: you can find it out from the tax office or from the OKATO directory in legal systems.

Step 7

The next step is to enter into the program information about income received in Russia and abroad, if any. Indicate your wages, dividends from investments in stocks and other securities, as well as other income taxed at the rates of 9, 13 and 35%. List employers and other sources of payments.

Step 8

Then, on the "Deductions" tab, enter the amount of tax benefits due to you: standard deductions, the amounts of which are indicated in the 2-NDFL certificate, social - no more than 120 thousand rubles and property in the amount of no more than 2 million rubles.

Step 9

Fill in all sections of the declaration, check them through the "Preview" function. Select the "Print" menu item, and the program will automatically determine which of the sheets and sections you want to print.
