Instructions
Step 1
Every time you go to the bank, you must have your passport, as the Central Bank Regulation 262-P “On the identification of customers and beneficiaries by credit institutions in order to counteract the legalization (laundering) of proceeds from crime and the financing of terrorism” comes into force. Thus, before making a payment, you need to identify yourself by showing your passport.
Step 2
If you have an account on which you must make a payment, go to the bank operator and, presenting the required documents, pay it.
If you only have payment details for which you need to transfer money, go to the clerk and ask for a receipt form. Carefully rewrite the details and fill in the payer information. Indicate the amount of the transfer, name, surname, patronymic, address of the recipient of the transfer, your address. In the line "Purpose of payment" indicate why you are transferring money. If it is a loan, write "Loan installment No.…." If you pay for your studies, write which institution receives the payment. If you are paying for the education of a third person (child, brother, sister, etc.), write that you are paying for his studies. Be sure to include the semester. The more information you provide in the "Purpose of payment", the more likely it will not be controversial.
Step 3
Do not forget to take a payment receipt, you may need it in case of a dispute. "Credit" receipts must be kept for 5 years. All the rest - at least one and a half years.
