Purchase the necessary equipment and furniture. Hire staff. It is better to start looking for suitable candidates in advance, since you will need an experienced specialist and one aspiring veterinarian. Usually, an experienced doctor conducts an initial appointment, prescribes a course of treatment, performs operations, and a beginner sees patients again and carries out procedures. It is better to have a flexible work schedule, as most people bring their pets to the clinic on weekends. This means that at least one doctor must always be at the workplace. In addition to doctors, hire a part-time accountant, cleaner, and administrator for the clinic.
