Step 1
To work with the "City" system, you need to obtain an identification number; this can be done on the system's website or at its nearest office. To receive an ID, enter your data, as well as indicate the place of registration and the mobile phone number to which the registration confirmation code will be sent. The identification number is the same, and therefore it will be the same for the payment card of the system. The card number will be needed to make payments.
Step 2
Remember the username and password to enter the site, if you need to make a payment or if you want to control charges, click on the "Personal Account" icon on the site, enter your credentials. In the table-menu that opens, select the item you are interested in. As a rule, housing and communal services, communication services, as well as the supply of gas and electricity are displayed on separate lines. In order to view the details of calculating payments, click on the name of the service or on its cost.

To pay for the selected service, click on the "pay" or "add to cart" icon, after which you will be able to choose a method of transferring funds. This is either a payment from a bank card (most often only Sberbank of Russia) or from an electronic wallet (Yandex WebMoney, PeyPal) or from a mobile operator number (not available in all regions).

Depending on the payment method you have chosen, the system will offer to fill out a form, but already on the partner's website. You can confirm the payment in the way provided by the partner of the system (the code received by SMS for Sberbank, passport data - for electronic wallets).

This method of payment for services does not mean that you do not need to be careful when making a payment. On the contrary, you need to pay special attention to the information that is reflected on the check or receipt. It is necessary to view the correctness of the last name, first name and patronymic of the payer, the address at which he pays for services, the name of the service, its account number, as well as the amount that has been deposited or debited.
