Collect a package of required documents. For an entrepreneur, it is minimal, for enterprises it is more complicated and depends on the number of founders and their status (this can be from 1 to 50 individuals or another legal entity, including a foreign one). The package of documents for each case and the requirements for them can be clarified in the tax office or the regional center for the development of entrepreneurship. Pay the state duty in the most convenient way for you: in cash through Sberbank or by transfer from an account in any bank. You can get the details and the amount for each case from the tax office, the center for the development of entrepreneurship or from consultants in the Sberbank branch. A receipt of payment and a check or other bank document confirming the payment, attach to the package of documents for registration of an entrepreneur or enterprise.

Step 5

During business hours, take the package to the tax office. Wait for your turn (more often live, but maybe electronic), show the package of documents to the inspection worker. If there is something wrong with them, it is possible that the shortcomings can be eliminated right on the spot (but there is no one hundred percent guarantee). When the documents are accepted, you will be informed of the date and time of the visit for the package of constituent documents (or refusal to register).
