Successful sales have two secrets. The first one is a competently selected staff, motivated to increase sales. The second is an advertising campaign aimed at drawing attention to the purchase of cars in your showroom.
Instructions
Step 1
Emphasize work experience while recruiting. The employee must definitely deal with cars. Test it by asking it to tell you about the main components of a motor engine in certain car models. Or by asking how many liters per hundred kilometers a particular car spends. Prepare a basic list of questions that visitors usually ask. Answers to them should "bounce off the teeth" from sales managers.
Step 2
Take to work only with a trial period. Even the most car-savvy employee can be a poor salesperson. Look for a newbie the first time. How he communicates with clients, what he does in his free time. Only enroll those who are successful in sales.
Step 3
Conduct trainings to increase sales. An experienced instructor will tell the staff how to deal with objections and persuade the buyer to spend more money when buying a car.
Step 4
Develop credit programs. The purchase of cars by installments is becoming more and more popular every year. Instruct staff about their existence. Let everyone who has doubts about the purchase be offered a deferred payment.
Step 5
Develop an advertising campaign. Focus the consumer's attention on the promotions that your salon holds. Make presents when buying expensive models. Or give CASCO insurance as a gift. Or don't charge for car tuning. Place your advertisements in print media and the Internet. Radio and television commercials are quite expensive, and such costs do not always pay off.
Step 6
To attract buyers to the salon, organize free test drives of new brands. Announce them in specialized publications, as well as on car sales sites. Distribute souvenirs with corporate symbols to everyone who came. A pen or keychain will always be in sight and will remind the client where to go to purchase a car.
