Step 1

Then write an application for receiving funds and undergo psychological testing. If you decide to receive a state grant, then you need to take the matter seriously and answer the questions carefully. It is at this stage that the largest part of applicants is eliminated.
Step 3
If you passed the psychological test successfully, then you will be sent to courses where they will teach the basics of entrepreneurship, as well as tell you how to draw up a business plan correctly. The business plan you have developed must be defended before the commission, which, as a rule, includes representatives of the mayor's office, the employment center, as well as entrepreneurs. After the business plan is approved, you need to enter into a subsidy agreement.
