Step 1
Use one of the popular programs to calculate the project, for example, "Estimate Calculator" (https://midoma.ru/calc/final/index.htm). This program is designed to assist in the calculation of the design cost. The calculator is based on existing regulatory documents, and the calculations are based on the "Collection of base prices for design work for construction in Moscow". The collection determines the conditions for the formation of prices for design work on the basis of natural indicators, such as square meters, cubic meters, hectares, and so on

Before using the program, read the manual for its use. Please note that the program is intended to help you calculate the design cost, but cannot provide an absolute guarantee that the calculation results will be applicable to your specific conditions. The main advantage of the program is that it gives direction for its own design calculations and orientates in the order of prices for carrying out certain types of work within the framework of the project.
Step 3
Open the calculator by following the link above (you do not need to download the program and install it on your computer for this). When you start the program for the first time, you will see two buttons on the screen: "Create an estimate" and "Help". Click on the "Create an estimate" button.
Step 4
Make sure that the search window for the price you want opens. To search, use the filter by the name of the design object, for example, select "Hotels" or "Industrial facilities".
Step 5
In the price editor window that appears when you select a design object, enter the quote parameters and design sections. In the right part of the window, remove unnecessary sections of the project or add the ones you need. However, keep in mind that the total ratio of sections can be edited, but cannot exceed 100% in total.
Step 6
After selecting the sections and editing the price, click "Save to estimate". In the table that opens after that, add, if necessary, an additional quote or delete the existing one.
Step 7
Draw up an estimate for design work. To do this, click on the "Export" button or select the "Operations with estimate" item on the "Export" menu tab. Now fill in the data required to draw up the estimate, including the name of the design object, Customer, Contractor, and so on). Select the export method, that is, the file format (pdf or html file). Save the calculated results to disk or print.
