Registration of an LLC is actually the entry of all the necessary information about this business enterprise into the Unified State Register. At the same time, the procedure for registering companies in the form of LLC is strictly regulated.

Step 1
Think about how many people should be in the composition of the founders of the company. After that, gather all the founders and all together agree on who and whom in this company will be.
Step 2
Draw up the memorandum of association, and then you can start drawing up the articles of association. The founders must conclude this agreement between themselves on the establishment of the LLC. It is in it that all the basic information will be indicated: what amount is the amount of the authorized capital, the cost and size of shares, the procedure for depositing the authorized capital and the company's obligations after its registration.
Step 3
Hold a general meeting and send invitations to it for all founders of the limited liability company. The results of the constituent assembly held should be recorded in the minutes. Also, in the same document, it is necessary to reflect the legal address and name of the LLC being formed, the composition of the founders, information on the approval of the charter.
Step 4
Enter in the protocol who is the person who is entrusted with the registration of the enterprise.
Step 5
In turn, if the firm has only one founder, then there is no need to hold a meeting. In this case, the decision to create a company in the form of an LLC is made by the decision of a single person (the founder himself).
Step 6
Enter the amount of the share capital. If it was decided to pay it in cash, then you need to open a current savings bank account and deposit at least half of the money at once.
Step 7
Pay the state fee in the amount that is charged for consideration of an application for registration of an LLC and can only be determined by the Tax Code.
Step 8
Prepare the necessary set of documents for registration of an LLC: - constituent documents; - an application drawn up in accordance with the established form; - a decision on the formation of a company; - a document confirming the payment of the authorized capital; - a document confirming the payment of state duty.
Step 9
Submit all of the above documents to the state registration service.
